Philip Klusen concentrates on supporting clients in the area of commercial and unfair competition law with a special focus on the e-commerce and the pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors. He helps clients to enforce their claims and defends them against lawsuits and preliminary injunctions.
After having completed law school in Hamburg, Philip received his doctorate in medical law. During his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, he worked, inter alia, in the health care department of the Federal Chancellory in Berlin and the tax law department of an international law firm in Frankfurt. After his second state exam Philip worked as a lawyer in the pharmaceutical department of the Federal Ministry of Health in Berlin. He then absolved his LL.M. studies at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa.
