Philip Genske advises national and international clients on all matters relating to commercial and corporate law.
He focuses on complex, national, and international large-scale M&A transactions, mergers, and joint venture structures and can assist you in particular with transactions in the energy sector.
Philip studied law at the University of Passau with a focus on corporate law and completed his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg. He also holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa. Before joining Hogan Lovells' Corporate Energy team, Philip was a legal trainee in international law firms in the areas of corporate law as well as finance and banking.
