Tatiana is an associate in Hogan Lovells' Miami office, where she focuses on international arbitration and complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on cross-border disputes. Tatiana brings practical legal solutions to clients navigating complex business disputes across diverse industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, distribution, and real estate development. Tatiana’s litigation experience spans class actions, multidistrict litigation, and arbitration proceedings. Her multilingual capabilities—fluency in English, Spanish, Italian, and French—combined with her dual Italian-U.S. nationality enable her to work effectively on cases involving international documentation and cross-cultural legal matters, particularly in providing a nuanced analysis of documentation and foreign legal concepts that require cultural context.

At Hogan Lovells, Tatiana co-chairs the Miami Inclusion Committee and is an active member of the Cuban-American Bar Association and the Miami International Arbitration Society, reflecting her engagement with the local legal community.

Tatiana earned her Master’s in Global Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris Law School and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a RISE Fellow and delegate to the Student Bar Association. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Notre Dame, where she was a fellow at the Notre Dame International Security Center.
