Ben Peachey helps global clients navigate government and internal investigations related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; Sherman Act; False Claims Act; Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Act; and trade sanctions.

Ben has advised clients in numerous industries, including transportation infrastructure, food production, commercial technology, life sciences, and government contracting. He has handled investigations related to export controls, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, qui tam actions, antitrust/anti-competitive practices, and other legal issues and statutory regimes.

Ben was a Presidential Merit Scholar at The George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of The George Washington University Law Review and the GW Law Moot Court Board. While in law school, Ben served as a legal fellow for a member of the U.S. Senate.
