Molly Pallman
Senior Associate Global Regulatory
Molly focuses her practice on antitrust litigation. She has experience at all stages of civil litigation, including extensive trial experience as an integral member of the teams that secured victories in merger challenges brought by both the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice. She works with clients across a range of industries, including health care and life sciences, entertainment and hospitality. Molly also represents companies in Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and State Attorney General antitrust investigations and counsels clients regarding antitrust compliance issues.
While at the University of Virginia School of Law, Molly was an articles editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law and an intern with the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Before attending law school, Molly worked at an international think tank in Washington, D.C., where she analyzed foreign policy developments.
