Molly Pallman

Molly focuses her practice on antitrust litigation.  She has experience at all stages of civil litigation, including as an integral member of the trial team that secured a victory in a 2020 health care merger challenge brought by the Federal Trade Commission.  She works with clients across a range of industries, including health care and life sciences, hospitality, and technology.  Molly also represents companies in Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and State Attorney General antitrust investigations and counsels clients regarding antitrust compliance issues.   

While at the University of Virginia School of Law, Molly was an articles editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law and an intern with the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Before attending law school, Molly worked at an international think tank in Washington, D.C., where she analyzed foreign policy developments.
