Oswaldo Chavez advises clients on labor matters, including review, preparation, recording, and registering of collective labor contracts, and reviewing grounds for termination of the employment relationship and preparing the respective notice.
Prior to joining Barrera Siqueiros y Torres Landa (now Hogan Lovells BSTL), he worked with another leading Mexican firm. He participated in the Seminar on International Labor Law taught by the Mexican Bar Association and is currently pursuing a Master of Constitutional Litigation at the Universidad Panamericana.
