Oliver Cook advises national and international clients on cross-border authority and internal investigations and corporate compliance matters with a specific focus on antitrust and competition law. He represents his clients in commercial litigation proceedings.
He supports his clients in setting up and managing complex internal investigations. Oliver also advises on the implementation of global compliance systems. A focus of his practice is the automotive sector as well as digital markets.
Oliver advises and represents his clients in civil litigation cases, in particular in compliance violation and in cartel damages litigation.
Oliver studied law at the University of Bayreuth with a focus on competition law, where he also completed a business and economics supplementary program. During his legal trainee ship in Berlin, Oliver trained with the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and an international litigation law firm. He worked with an international environmental NGO in La Paz, Mexico during his trainee ship.
