As part of the firm’s Corporate Litigation, Fraud and Investigations team in London, Catrin advises clients on complex, high-value and multi-jurisdictional disputes, often involving allegations of fraud and dishonesty.

Catrin has particular experience acting for clients in relation to injunctive relief, including worldwide freezing orders. Catrin also has experience working on internal investigations.

Catrin is actively involved in the firm's pro bono practice, having advised a number of clients on their applications for compensation under the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme.

Representative experience

Advising a state-owned development bank on a complex debt dispute of US$57m, which involved obtaining injunctive relief for the bank.

Acting for a global technology company in litigation against a supplier in relation to a product liability and breach of contract claim.

Acting for a leading technology company in a dispute with a minority shareholder involving allegations of unfair prejudice.

Internal investigation on behalf of a listed company into allegations of fraud.
