Ha's practice focuses on corporate topic related to employment, international investment and corporate compliance. Ha also assist clients for contractual matters regarding their works in different construction projects. Ha has been working with both Vietnamese and foreign clients with various corporation scales.
Previously, Ha worked at an international firm in Hanoi where she concentrated on employment law and construction project matters.
Ha has her Masters of Laws (LL.M) in International Business Law in the Netherlands.
