Gender pay gap reporting legislation requires UK employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing the pay gap between their male and female employees. Hogan Lovells 2024 gender pay gap data refers to all employees on the payroll of Hogan Lovells Services on 4 April 2024.
