Hogan Lovells partner May Lyn Yuen selected to serve on the Law Society's Competition Section Advisory Committee

London and Brussels, 27 July 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that Brussels Antitrust, Competition and Economic Regulation (ACER) partner May Lyn Yuen has been selected to serve on the Law Society of England & Wales’ Competition Section Advisory Committee, effective 1 November 2023.

The Competition Law Section of the Law Society of England & Wales promotes knowledge and awareness of competition law developments and addresses current issues and challenges that competition lawyers face. As an Advisory Committee member, May Lyn, will work to support the development of the future strategy of the Competition Section and enhance the services offered to members of the Section. 

May Lyn was promoted to partner in 2022 and has been based in Brussels for over a decade. She is an English qualified solicitor registered with the Brussels bar. May Lyn’s practice is broad, spanning multi-jurisdictional mergers and large-scale complex antitrust cases. Her clients come from a broad range of sectors, including the life sciences, consumer goods, technology, manufacturing and automotive sectors.
