AZIA Center, a modern state-of-the-art building is close to the waterfront of Huangpu River and the famous Shanghai Oriental Pearl Tower, and is in the midst of China’s financial and trading centre. The building has obtained LEED Platinum certification, being the highest worldwide green building and energy efficiency standards. The new Shanghai office has been constructed with low energy interior lighting, daylight & occupancy sensors, low-emitting materials and other modern and robust facilities to drive a sustainable operation, and create an environment prioritising client service and enhancing employee’s wellbeing and productivity.
