Hogan Lovells advises GP JOULE on the acquisition of eta DYNAMICS

Led by Frankfurt partner Dr Torsten Rosenboom, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised GP JOULE Service GmbH & Co. KG on the acquisition of engineering services provider eta DYNAMICS GmbH.

With the acquisition of eta DYNAMICS, a specialist in the monitoring of wind turbines, GP JOULE is expanding its portfolio of services in the areas of inspection, monitoring and consulting engineering services for the wind energy sector.

GP JOULE Group was founded in 2009 and is a system provider for integrated energy solutions from sun, wind and biomass, as well as a supply-level partner for electricity, heat, hydrogen and electromobility.
