Hogan Lovells advises Flexcavo on sale to Trackunit
Munich, 3 February 2023 – Led by Munich Partner Nikolas Zirngibl and Counsel Thiemo Woertge, global law firm Hogan Lovells advised the shareholders of Berlin construction tech start-up Flexcavo GmbH on the sale of Flexcavo to global IoT services provider Trackunit.
Following the transaction, Flexcavo will continue to build its software solution to contractors and rental companies in the construction industry across Europe. Berlin-based Flexcavo specializes in data-enabled workflow and process management through the construction sector enabling contractors and rental companies to increase their efficiency, lower costs and improve the team’s collaboration across construction sites, yards, and headquarters.
Flexcavo started in 2020 to speed up the digital transformation of the construction industry. As a pioneer in this field, Flexcavo creates an environment on construction sites with automated work processes for construction equipment, tools, and materials.
Hogan Lovells previously advised Flexcavo GmbH on a seed financing round, as well as on other venture capital funding matters.
