Hogan Lovells awarded MindForward Alliance UK accreditation

MindForward Alliance UK, a not-for-profit organisation formally known as The City Mental Health Alliance, established the ‘Thriving at Work’ framework to support businesses in the development of strategies that provide a mentally healthy workplace environment for their employees.

The ‘Health Creating’ level of recognition indicates the firm is recognised as ‘going beyond the standards’ in its approach to mental health and wellbeing. Under this category the firm is demonstrating a strong leadership message, with senior leaders proactively managing the wellbeing of teams and being a role model for good wellbeing behaviours.

The ‘Thriving at Work’ assessment also acknowledged that Hogan Lovells has succeeded in demonstrating a robust and well-rounded approach to workplace wellbeing, and to positively encouraging their stakeholders in the broader business ecosystem to do the same.
