Hogan Lovells advises BNP Paribas and the other dealers on the establishment of Redeia's EMTN programme for the issuance of hybrid bonds and senior bonds

Our Capital Markets team has advised BNP Paribas and the other dealers on the establishment of Redeia's EMTN programme for the issuance of hybrid bonds and senior bonds, as well as on the first issuance carried out under the programme: an issue of hybrid notes labelled as European Green Bonds for a total amount of €500 million.

Redeia will allocate the net proceeds to fund its electricity transmission and distribution network, in line with its new strategic plan. The notes have been admitted to trading on the Luxembourg Regulated Market.
