Ann joins the firm with extensive experience in both UK and international banking and financial services, including work with challenger banks, commodity trading, innovative payments, project finance, and asset management firms.
Hogan Lovells Consulting integrates operational, regulatory, and legal advice to deliver comprehensive commercial solutions to clients. In her new role, Ann will work closely with consultants Mark Aengenheister (Director - Consulting) and Keti Tano (Director – Head of Wholesale Markets Consulting) and our Regulatory and White-Collar legal teams. Ann’s in-depth regulatory and industry knowledge will further strengthen the firm’s offering and support for clients, particularly in the Financial Institutions practice.
