Hogan Lovells advises Uber in renewing its agreement with itTaxi

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Uber on negotiating the renewal of its agreement with ItTaxi.

ItTaxi is the largest taxi consortium in Italy, operating with over 12,000 taxis across approx. 90 cities. Under the renewed agreement, users of the Uber app will be able to request taxi rides in all Italian cities served by the ItTaxi network, while taxi drivers will benefit from greater demand volumes, including international costumers.

The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by senior associate Valerio Natale and included partner Marco Berliri.
