Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Saur Polska, part of the Saur Group, on the acquisition of 100% of shares in the share capital of Ekos Poznań.
Saur Group is a leading innovator and service provider in the global water sector.
Ekos Poznań is a Polish company with long-standing presence in the wastewater management market.
The acquisition of Ekos Poznań will strengthen Saur’s companies portfolio, reinforcing its presence in Poland.
