Hogan Lovells advises Pantheon as co-lead investor on Oakley Capital's raising of its continuation fund

London, 19 July 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Pantheon as one of the lead investors on Oakley Capital’s raising of a continuation fund to extend its partnership with IU Group, the largest and fastest growing university in Germany and a global leader in education technology.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by Global Head of the PE and funds practice Ed Harris with support from secondaries senior associate Charlotte Monk, associate Olivia Wallwork, Funds partner Jeremy Pickles, associate Alice O’Neill and tax counsel Natalie Psalia (all London based).
