Hogan Lovells advises NYP Techfin on its capital increase subscribed by Banca Valsabbina

NYP Techfin is an Italian innovative start-up, part of the Collextion Group, and has been brokering, managing and collecting trade receivables, mainly from the public administration.

With this transaction, Banca Valsabbina enters the company as industrial investor with 11.05% share capital.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by partner Corrado Fiscale with support from associates Pietro Castoldi and Diego del Principe.
