Washington, D.C., 7 May 2026 – Hogan Lovells advised KS Mattson Partners as debtors’ counsel on the LeFever Mattson transaction, which has been named Asset Sale of the Year by the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) Asset Sales Committee. The award was presented at ABI’s Annual Spring Meeting in Washington, D.C.

The transaction was recognized for its complexity, execution, and significance within the restructuring market.
