Hogan Lovells advises Adenes Italia on the acquisition of Sogesa

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Adenes Italia, part of the Adenes Group, a European leader in insurance claims management services, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Sogesa – Società Generale di Servizi Assicurativi S.r.l.

Through the acquisition of Sogesa, the Adenes Group further strengthens its presence in the motor insurance and insurance BPO sectors by completing the entire claims value chain – from loss assessment to claims settlement, and from call center services to BPO activities. The transaction consolidates the Group’s positioning in Italy as a full‑service claims management operator, enabling it to offer insurance companies a single point of contact throughout the entire lifecycle of a claim, supported by a network of more than 1,000 experts.

The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Francesco Stella and counsel Martina Di Nicola and included associate Giuseppe Angiò and trainee Lorenzo Bertola.
