Nathan Sherlock

As a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution practice, Nathan has focused his practice on Chancery litigation, with a particular concentration on pension scheme and trust fund disputes. He has extensive experience in regulatory proceedings, rectification claims, directions applications and high-value professional liability actions. In recent years, Nathan has been at the centre of many leading cases in his field, including a number before the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court which have led to important developments in the law.

As well as his considerable experience of conducting major commercial litigation before the English Courts, much of Nathan's work has an international dimension and he has been involved in the prosecution and defence of substantial claims in North America and mainland Europe. Nathan is listed in Chambers UK 2016 as an 'Associate to Watch' and is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers. He is also a non-practising barrister.
