Faiza is a senior associate in the pro bono practice at Hogan Lovells, advising on access to justice matters, including representation for victims of trafficking and modern slavery, race and religious discrimination, and domestic violence.

Faiza qualified as an employment associate in 2018, advising corporate clients on a range of employment issues such as discrimination claims, redundancy processes, and TUPE transfers. Faiza later served as Head of Legal and Chief Executive Officer at a free legal advice charity for victims of Islamophobic hate crimes and discrimination. Her expertise includes addressing discrimination in the workplace and in public life. She advises on workplace policies to ensure fair treatment of ethnic minority employees and conducts legal research on regulatory fairness.
