Moritz Gärtner advises clients on all employment law related challenges, such as dealing with workers' representatives and defending compensation claims. He offers his clients comprehensive and efficient advice. His work covers the planning and implementation of restructurings, the negotiation with workers' representatives and employees and the drafting of the corresponding collective and individual agreements.

Moritz Gärtner already supported the Employment Law Practice Group for several years as a research assistant before he started working as an attorney in April 2023. He previously studied at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich and worked in the employment law department of an international commercial law firm. He deepened his professional knowledge in a Master's program at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. Moritz is currently completing his doctoral thesis on minimum wage law at the University of Leipzig.
