Maxine practices in the Antitrust, Competition and Economic Regulation group, where she advises and advocates for clients as they navigate the constantly evolving antitrust landscape.

Maxine began her career at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate in 2024. She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law where she served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review and as an Articles Editor for the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology. During law school, Maxine also interned at the Federal Trade Commission.
