Jesús has experience in the industrial, energy and real estate sectors with enviromental, social and governance perspective, that has allowed to him develop a important practice with “Oil&Gas” companies, in the value chain (Upstream, Midstream and Downstream), mainly with the acquisition of rights of way, litigation matters, land acquisitions, and regulatory affairs, for infrastructure projects in different locations in Mexico.
Representative experience
Release of more than 200 km of Rights of Way for gas pipelines, oil pipelines, transmission lines, highways, and other macro infrastructure projects with investments greater than 1 billion dollars.
Trial won to dismiss contract in favor of the largest fracking company in Mexico.
Participation in the legal team of the Ethanol Storage Terminal and Pipeline contract in Coatzacoalcos. Agreement for the supply of 30,000 barrels per day of ethylene and savings of MX$13,000 million pesos to PEMEX, as well as savings of US$5,200 million dollars in favor of the represented company.
Preparation and obtaining of Social Impact Statement approved by the Ministry of Energy, for gas pipeline, oil pipeline and processing plant in Veracruz, in favor of a important energy company.
Obtaining real estate and regulatory assets in Jalisco for an important U.S. company in a project with an investment of more than US$100 million dollars.
