Advised Praxedo's founders on the acquisition of a minority stake in Praxedo by MBO, Bpifrance and Eurazeo.
Advised Meraxis on the acquisition of French group Fournier Polymers.
Advised the founder of Group Sarbacane (aka Groupe Positive) Mathieu Tarnus in the acquisition of a majority stake in the group's capital by Kaloma Capital, its management, IDI and EMZ Partners fund.
