Erin provides legal and policy solutions to clients across technology, telecommunications, and media sectors. 

She helps clients react to rapidly evolving legislative and regulatory developments at the state and federal level that span privacy regulation, platform governance, content moderation, online safety, Section 230 liability, and the use of algorithms and artificial intelligence. She assists clients in their advocacy before the courts and regulators. Erin also supports clients in a broad range of wireless and satellite matters before the Federal Communications Commission, including license applications and transactions.

Erin received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School where she blended her background in media and communications with an interest in administrative and regulatory law. While in law school, she interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and served as a clinical student at the Berkman Klein Center Cyberlaw Clinic and the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation. Erin received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College where she served as a news writer for the Columbia Daily Spectator.

Erin is dedicated to pro bono work relating to voter protection and reproductive justice. She has served as a legal advocate on behalf of voters at the polls.
