He regularly advises private equity clients on leveraged acquisitions, follow-on investments, exit transactions, and co-investment fund formation. He also works with portfolio company board and management teams on a wide range of corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Michael worked for more than nine years at Capital One Financial Corporation in Virginia, where he served in a variety of marketing, finance, operations, strategy, and client development roles. He leverages this deep and diverse business knowledge to understand his clients' objectives and identify solutions to their legal problems.
