Micha Selke advises you on all aspects of dispute resolution, both in and out of court, in particular in the areas of commercial, competition and contract law.
The focus of his work is on supporting clients from the national and international online retail sector in enforcing their rights and defending against lawsuits, warnings or preliminary injunctions.
After completing his studies, Micha Selke completed his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court. His training stations took him to various international law firms in Hamburg and Frankfurt, the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and a chamber for commercial matters at the Hamburg Regional Court.
Before joining the Hamburg office of Hogan Lovells, Micha Selke gained experience as a research assistant in an international law firm specialising in litigation.
