Health information privacy, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act, genetic and research privacy issues are matters Melissa Levine knows inside and out.

She has counseled on a range of health privacy related issues, including HIPAA implementation and compliance, privacy assessments, privacy governance, breach incidents, HIPAA structural issues, AI and machine learning, and web tracking technologies.

Melissa's extensive knowledge of the health care system and health technology has been an enormous asset to her clients.
