Jan Meinecke advises companies and individuals on the entire range of German and international tax law.
Jan studied law at the University of Potsdam. He specialized in tax law early on as part of his specialized studies. After his first state examination, he worked as a research assistant at an international law firm in the area of tax law.
Jan completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal. In the course of his traineeship, Jan worked for the Federal Ministry of Finance (in the area of international tax policy) and the EU Commission (in the area of corporate taxation).
Following his clerkship, he joined the tax team at Hogan Lovells.
