As a member of our Appellate practice, Kat McKay focuses on high-stakes dispositive motions and appellate litigation. She also has experience in administrative law.

Kat earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.

After law school, Kat served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Bacharach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, Honorable A. Raymond Randolph of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and Honorable Rudolph Contreras of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.  She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
