Austin focuses her practice on environmental aspects of mergers and acquisitions and corporate compliance across a variety of industries.

Austin graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law, where she was a student attorney for the Acequia Assistance Project, Formatting and Production Editor for the Colorado Environmental Law Journal, and a founding member of Space Law Society. Prior to law school, Austin worked on natural resource and agriculture policy for U.S. Senator Michael Bennet in his Washington, D.C. office.
