Ryan is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice based in London. He trained and qualified at the firm in August 2022 and has since represented international and domestic clients across a range of sectors including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, financial services, healthcare, infrastructure and technology.
Ryan has advised clients on a range of complex transactions across both public and private sectors including joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions which regularly span several jurisdictions. He has also undertaken a secondment to an international bank during which he sat with the M&A and strategic investments team.
