Marius Plum advises corporations and individuals in all aspects of German and cross-border tax law. So far, his work has concentrated especially on the handling of tax transaction support and the solving of tax compliance issues.
After finishing his studies, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Passau at first, where he mainly dealt with income tax law and criminal law issues. Afterwards, also accompanying his doctorate, he gained experience as a research assistant in the tax team of Hogan Lovells in Munich, to which he remained attached during several stages of his legal clerkship at the Munich Higher Regional Court.
