As part of our Munich litigation team, Marinus Hamberger advises and represents national and international companies and financial institutions in pre-litigation scenarios and in court, as well as before regulatory authorities. The focus of his work is on disputes in the context of banking law and supply chains.

Marinus studied law at the University of Passau with a focus on litigation and arbitration. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, where he also obtained his qualification as business mediator.

Parallel to his studies, Marinus gained experience working in a law firm focused on legal disputes regarding construction law. During his clerkship he worked at a chair for business law at the University of Passau and was part of a litigation team at an international law firm.

Acting for several financial institutions in regulatory litigation including claims pending at the European courts.

 

Representing a leading automotive supplier in a pricing dispute regarding contractual, tortuous and antitrust claims.

Representing the insolvency administrator of a globally acting semiconductor manufacturer regarding clawback claims in connection with the sale of a joint venture.

Advising a German service provider on the implications of the nullity and rescission of a major concession agreement.

Representing various issuers in disputes in connection with the trading of securities.
