Marie-Therese Blankenburg advises on dispute resolution in and out of court, particularly in the areas of contractual, commercial and competition law as well as civil damages procedures.
Marie-Therese focuses on supporting clients engaged in national and international e-commerce in enforcing their claims as well as defending them against lawsuits, warnings or preliminary injunctions.
At law school, Marie-Therese majored in public international law and European law. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle. During this time, she gained experience, inter alia, at the insolvency and restructuring department of an international law firm in Hamburg and Vienna as well as at the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in Berlin.
Before and during her legal clerkship, Marie-Therese already worked as a research assistant in the litigation department in our Hamburg office.
