As a trademark agent, then as a litigator successively in a well-known IP boutique firm and at Hogan Lovells which she joined for its international reach, Marie-Aimée de Dampierre has acquired unique talents in Intellectual Property over her 25 years career. Today Managing Partner of our Paris office and head of its local Intellectual Property, Media & Technology practice, her practice focuses on local and international disputes in trade mark law, copyright law, design law and unfair competition. She advises clients within the frame of local and international disputes in the field of trademark and author right related matters. She has been one of the first lawyer assisting clients in major deals involving the securitization of intellectual property rights including software and trademarks. More recently, she has developed a specific skill in mediation proceedings.
