Marc-Philipp Wiesenberg advises national and international clients in the areas of product liability and product safety. This includes the development of cross-border litigation and defense strategies. He focuses on the life sciences industry, in particular pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
As part of our life sciences litigation team Marc-Philipp supports clients with civil claims in and out of court. He helps managing multi-claimant cases and class actions and oversees the implementation of necessary steps to defend against complex product liability claims. He supports clients in setting up communication channels and databases to ensure a smooth handling of complex cross-border cases.
Since his studies and his legal clerkship, he has always kept a particular focus on litigation work. He is also involved in our many citizenship projects and supports pro bono clients.
