Stefania Maracich is an Associate in the Milan office, specializing in M&A, private equity, and corporate law. She provides comprehensive advice to clients on various M&A and private equity transactions, in cross borders and domestic transactions. 

Stefania frequently represents both domestic and international corporate clients, as well as private equity funds, on matters related to M&A transactions, corporate governance, Joint Ventures and commercial contracts across diverse sectors, including financial services, energy, food and beverage, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and communications. 

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Stefania worked in the Corporate and M&A department of a top-tier international law firm in Milan. She earned her degree from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, where she concentrated her studies on international and European law.

Representative experience

Assistance to PAI Partners in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake of Beautynova, a global leader in the professional haircare products sector, from Bluegem. *

Assistance to Infracapital and InfraVia Capital, co-shareholders of Gruppo Investimenti Portuali, in connection with the sale  of Terminal Darsena Toscana to the Grimaldi Group.* 

Assistance to White Bridge Investments, in relation to the acquisition by its portfolio company, Numantec, of PHS Medical a German company specialised in the production of critical care catheters.*

Assistance to Eni S.p.A. in connection with its agreement to acquire Neptune Energy Group Limited, for a total value of US$4.9 billion.*
