Mallika Pohl advises banks, financial institutions and financial service providers on debt portfolio transactions, restructuring transactions and securitisations. Mallika also advises on financial regulatory matters, in particular with respect to investment law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mallika acquired several years of experience at international law firms in Frankfurt/Main with a focus on financial regulatory matters as well as in the field of banking & finance.
