Fátima is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department of Hogan Lovells' Madrid office. Fátima focuses her practice in the insurance and reinsurance litigation area as well as in product liability claims (both in and out of court).
Fátima advises clients on product liability claims, both from the perspective of the manufacturer and the distributor, especially in the Life Sciences sector. In addition, she handles the defense of insurance and reinsurance companies in a wide range of matters such as industrial losses, professional liability claims, D&O and coverage discussions, among others.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Fatima worked in Litigation and Arbitration advising clients in all types of civil and commercial litigation.
