Theresa Luk focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, representing clients across a range of industries and sectors.
Theresa began her career at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate in 2021. She supports all stages of litigation and has experience assisting in consumer class actions, antitrust matters, and investigations. Theresa is also actively involved in the firm’s pro bono practice, with a focus on immigration relief, veterans’ issues, and animal welfare.
During law school, Theresa was selected as a LCLD scholar. She also served as a Technical Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, Treasurer for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and President of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society.
