Throughout his career, Luis Rosas has represented corporations in the automotive, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and bottled beverages and food industries. He represents corporations on high risk employment litigation cases. Luis has broad background in the management of labor unions and in negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
Luis has intervened and designed companies' restructuring involving massive transfers of employees, as well as leveling the employees' benefits and salaries. He also has participated in important mergers and acquisitions, advising his clients on potential employment and social security risks.
Representative experience
Defense of more than 380 labor trials filed against Grupo Danone.
Expatriate labor trial from Deutsche Lufthansa AG in which the plaintiff has seniority of 20 years, working in seven different countries.
Participated in the corporate restructuring of Lala Group, the most important company in the dairy industry in Mexico.
