Frank focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and has represented domestic and foreign public and private companies in a variety of industries, including aerospace and defense, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, sports betting and telecommunications. Frank also regularly advises boards on corporate governance, activism defense and other strategic matters.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Frank practiced in the corporate departments of two global law firms in New York. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in cellular and molecular biology and earned his J.D., cum laude from Boston College Law School.
