Representative experience
Advised Eni Plenitude S.p.A. on the acquisition of a portfolio of 52 operational assets located across France, from Neoen SAS, a leading renewable energy company.
Advised the founders of the IMDEV Group, one of the leading players in the French medical imaging market, on the minority investment by Capza and Bpifrance in the company.
Advised Claranova on the negotiation and implementation of a EUR 108 million loan provided by Cheyne Capital Management and Heights Capital Management.
Advised Aareon France SAS on its investment in Stonal, an AI-based proptech company.
Advised Calyxia on its USD 35 million fundraising.
