Jessica Li focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and general corporate practices. 

Jessica has considerable experience in inward and outward investments across China boarder. She regularly represents MNCs on their structuring and strategies, M&As, minority investments, joint ventures and other viable methods (such as variable interest entities (VIEs)) of business expansion in China and Chinese private companies and state-owned enterprises and (SOEs) in their overseas acquisitions and investments.
